Returns & Exchanges

We obviously hope that the items you ordered are to your satisfaction. Should this not be the case, we offer you the possibility to return the items within 7 days. The costs for the return are at your expense.

ATTENTION! Do not send the package “return to sender” or to a different address. These costs are higher and will be deducted from the amount you receive from us.

Do not forget to add the invoice with the return so we can process the package.

Store the shipping receipt!

After receiving the return, Scooterpro will send a confirmation and will return the purchase price to you within 14 days. For this purpose we need your bank account number. The account that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account from which you performed the initial payment to Scooterpro.

Did you receive an incorrect or defective item?
We ensure a proper handling of your order. Should you not have received the item you ordered, please contact our customer service, keep your receiving confirmation (the e-mail you receive from us after ordering) at hand. Did Scooterpro accidentally set you the wrong item, we will obviously take the item return for free and you will receive the item initially ordered.

If unfortunately something should be wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after receiving your order. This can be done via e-mail or telephone. Your invoice will serve as your guarantee. If the irregularity found is due to a fault of Scooterpro, we will replace the product without charge or refund the purchase price in full.
